Wait what?? GamingPC vs PC+Console price? - Page 9

I don't know about you guys but every time I got to bestbuy or futureshop I always see 8-13 year olds with there mom's buy consoles. I seriously doubt that they could build there own computer, hell I doubt those kids can even spell computer lol. Also you can have four people play on one console where as most of the time you can have only one for pc's. For kids and parents consoles are great since they just buy it, plug it in, and play, where computers take a lot more time and effort.

i gamed as a child on the computer, when i had a problem i figured out how to fix it.

So yes, consoles are much easier for children, but also produce a less intelligent child. My parents sure as hell didnt know how to fix things, i figured it out on my own, and i owned snes, and sega consoles back then, but i switched over anyway.

Computers are a part of our lives, and its much better to be good with a computer, than a console.

Now for exclusive games.. sure. That's why I bought my PS3 back in 2007.
I'm talking about current and future exclusive games. I'm talking about gaming on my PS3 and I'm not sorry to say this, but I've had a lot more fun playing with my brother on PS3 than playing with him on PC. Just saying.

You strike me as the kind of guy who cant admit when it was wrong. Or the kind of guy who cant walk away and be the better person.

Take your pick.

Is there any way to report a thread? This is getting rediculous. Now we're talking about poor people and religion? JEEZ who cares if I buy a console?

Well, just for you guys out there, who bash consoles, get a load of this loving. Once I close, I'm gonna buy an XBOX, for the sole purpose of streaming my Zune library and getting gamerpoints and playing dance games with the Kinect in my living room. And my PS3 in my master for Netflix. And my computer is going to go *shocker* in the guest/office bedroom. Oh my gawd, the sheer awfulness.

It cool though, I'll upgrade to the PS4/XBOX 720 when it comes out, as well as a hexacore processor when it drops below ~$300. But it's cool, the best thing is life though is surprising your loved one with a fresh bouquet of her favorite flowers and a sweet kiss on the lips after a long day at uni/work.

You could still buy a 300 dollar computer and throw in a 9800gt witch is better and cheaper then a xbox

Then you've not used a gamepad with a PC.
