Parts will be coming in this week and I'll pretty much be dedicating most of my Saturday to getting them both up and running.

I feel giddy
for the sandy bridge setup get,
maximusIV extreme
for the x58 build try something new,
asus rampageIII black edition (I know it sounds crazy)
use the ax850 & 2x gtx580 in the x58 setup,
use the ax750 & 1x gtx580 in the p67 setup,
however if I were u,I would have used 3x hd6970 for the x58 setup insted of 2x gtx580,
note- 3x hd6970 costs same as 2x gtx580

I have the 600T... I think I'd use it for the 2600K build. Air flow isn't all that great in it unless you have the optional side panel with the mesh screen.

I'm pretty sure the 2600K runs cooler than the 980x... so, to me, that would be the best option.

Too tough to get, plus I prefer the Gigabyte one
for the x58 build try something new,
asus rampageIII black edition (I know it sounds crazy)

Asus Rampage III was left over from an incomplete build, as was the i7 980x, which is why I'm using it.

use the ax850 & 2x gtx580 in the x58 setup,
use the ax750 & 1x gtx580 in the p67 setup,

Mebbe...

however if I were u,I would have used 3x hd6970 for the x58 setup insted of 2x gtx580,

I prefer Nvidia because I've had better luck with them in terms of stability.
Bolded are my comments
