Best Warranty for New/Refurb?

I know XFX has a double lifetime warranty on new and used but only 2 years labor and has bad customer service.

Asus has a 3 year warranty but their refurb is only 90 days.

HIS has a 2 year warranty. Visiontek has a 3 year warranty but you need to register or it's 1 year iirc.

EVGA has a 3 year warranty if you register, but you need the receipt?

MSI has a 3 year warranty on new with the S/N...what is the MSI warranty on refurbs?

So who has the best warranty for new or refurb GPUs?
In terms of:
1. length of time (1, 2, 3, 3+ years)
2. transferability (double lifetime), S/N (without reciept), or need receipt
3. Customer Service (length of time for RMA, getting an RMA approved)
4. Different warranty on factory refurb vs new?

Thanks

The answer for me will always be eVGA. Best customer support in the biz for my money. Im confused about your specific situation, but for new models they have lifetime for everything. B-stock would be different.

I had a very positive experience with MSI just this week. My 460GTX Hawk bluescreened then stopped booting and the next business day after they received it they sent me a N560 GTX. The are usually less expensive, have good heatsink/fan's on them, and have unmatched overclocking software.

MSI 3 years based on S/N so it doesn't really matter if it's new or used. I don't think there's any refurb MSI, or i haven't seen one yet? Next is probably Gigabyte, they have 3 years warranty too and AFAIK it's based on the S/N also.
