How would I get my Visiontek 6970 to oc to 1000/ 1500?

Get MSI AB 2.1, unlock voltage control, Set EULA and the "UnofficialOverclocking" to 2, and OC.

Best bet: 1.2 - 1.25v for 1GHzCore
