AMD Athlon64 3000+ 1.8GHz venice 90nm overclock can't pass 210Mhz - Page 2

I'd say reset everything to stock values and start from scratch.

Try something like this:

CPU frequency: 210
CPU Multiplier: 9
CPU Voltage: Normal
HT Multiplier: 4
RAM Settings: 166
RAM Timings & Voltage: Normal
MB Voltage: Normal

See if that boots into windows (it should i guess..) and if it does then try increasing the CPU frequency some more and see if it works then.

Nope, from guide u've gave first step is isolate motherboard right?
And its said that CPU and HT multiplier must be reduced so we can know the limit of motherboard, just check it again..or I"m wrong?

I also try to use 1 stick 1024 only, and still can't boot into windows, or maybe my PSU doesn't afford to supply my PC?
Any suggestion?
Is it save to use easytune?
And when I check details on 3dmark 06, it says that nothing installed on all my memory slot but physical memory detected 2GB, any idea about that?

likely that your ram can't handle it.
