Seems like a great buy. If I would be buying another laptop I would seriously consider this. hmm... would be nice to have 2 hard drives though...

Size: I think 15" or 16" is perfect. Anything under and it's just not immersive. If you're going for portable, why get 13" when you can get 10". Heck, I have an 8.9".

Looks: I think it looks like utter crap.. like most laptops/things. Those race-car wind-tunnel things on the front looked decent on the HD 5000 series, but they look like.. crap, here.

Price: I don't even know why I care when I can go to XoticPC and customize a better looking case.

The major issue atm is driver compatability with mobile drivers...Thus the resolution issues.

Most mobile platforms like Falcon or AW, end up writing their own mobile drivers due to Nvidia's poor "cutting edge" mobile support so, that's not entirely 100% AW's fault.

I will admit there are "glitches" and some "issues" but, again, more of the blame is on Nvidia for not properly supporting their mobile lines.

I wonder how much it weighs?
The Alienware 11" laptop is like a brick for its size.

I wish there was a more reasonable screen resolution available. 1366x768 is just useless for anything other than a netbook, but 1080P is pushing it for a 14in screen IMO.

Who fed you that crap about FalconNW? They sell clevo machines. All they do is assemble the parts like you would a desktop and add their fancy features like painting it and ship it to you. They certainly do not make gpu drivers.

Also this m14x is gonna be ridiculously expensive, 2820qm with a 555m? That's WAY overkill. A 2820 belongs with a 6970 or 485m, not midrange 555m.
Shouldve been paired with a dual core SB, 2630qm or MAX 2720qm.
This is just stupid.

Agreed, I'd like to see something like 1600x900.
