The 5770 should be awesome at that res!

PM me if you want me to check the amps and CFX with 5770's or 6850's on your currently purchased PSU
Well, like I said, a single HD 5770 would take a maximum of 8A

The 5770 will need both of those so if you want to CF you will need molex to PCIE adapters. Amperage is definitely an issue to consider here as well. make sure you have enough amperage on the 12V rail if you plan to CF. One 5770 will be just fine.

The corsair CX600 WILL handle an Athlon II plus 5770 crossfire. It has 40A on a single 12v rail, which is enough for a modest rig, and each 5770 requires only 1x6pin PCIe cable.

Your motherboard will NEVER allow crossfire though, so I'm not sure it really matters. You would have to upgrade your motherboard to make crossfire possible, which would really mean you should be upgrading your platform when Bulldozer comes out (or to SandyBridge etc). Put it out of your mind for now at least ...

The 5770 will be okay for that resolution, and should run most games out at an acceptable level. The 6850 would have been a much better option, but it's too late now and you will enjoy the 5770.

gtx460 wont run in my current psu(it has 1 6pin pci ex connector)
& I prefer AMD gpu,
so hd6850 was a better option but its out of budget.
I dont buy from online stores because of shipping problem

Sure, if his PSU has enough amperage. i am running 2 4870's which is not as efficient as a 5770 on a 620W Antec. Although, I have 48A on the 12V rail to accomodate the load.

Yeah, I totally forgot about the motherboard thing.

It's a decent card. I run Crysis at Very High settings with my 5770 and get around 20 FPS which is totally playable in Crysis (which is odd because 20 FPS in MW2 is completely unplayable). However, during some of the massive waterfall animations where the card needs to render things quickly, FPS drops to like 12-13, so I switch it to high settings and it runs just fine.

Beware that this card does get extremely loud. I have never seen a GPU get this loud before on heavy load.

I personally would never buy an OCZ psu. (after I had a string of bad luck with them)
That CX600 will be sufficient to power your rig, even with xfire 5770.
(40A on a single 12v rail)

edit: guess I'm late for the party...lol. what everyone said covers it pretty much.

Hah. I have an opposite an experience.

I have had two Corsair PSUs die on me. While my cheaper OCZ GameXtremes have stood through almost a year of folding..
