vcore offset

if I want 1.325 vid or vcore, do I add 0.150 (the base voltage is 1.176) to the offset thing? Is this correct?

That is correct, VID will always be displayed differently to VCore because of VDroop.

It depends on your LLC level. If you try using that offset with a very high LLC level you will be in trouble. My board makes 1.375 vcc with LLC at v.high and offset of 0.030.
