How should I set up 90 GB Vertex II in Win7?

The drive will be here Thurs. The system is for my father, who is a light user, and I will also install an F3.

Should I:

Move the Users folder to the F3?
Disable the pagefile since he'll have 12 GB or RAM?
Disable hibernation?
Turn Off Write-Cache Buffer Flushing?

yes, yes, yes, yes
edit: and turn off automatic defrag for that drive! It's just useless wear and tear for SSDs
