To see a 5 as one of those values makes me think these particular kits are very strong.
Bump the voltage to 1.5-1.6V. That should do it. That's perfectly safe to run on this kit by the way.
And reflex my sig is a second proof that 4 DIMMs don't necessarily affect anything (though mine is on an x6 rather than a more similar processor as in dixson's case)
: You = LGA1155, totally different platform. I think comparing latencies would be somewhat inaccurate if compared to yours. Compared to mine though on an AMD platform (which are around the 40s - I think similar to yours) those are indeed a bit high; a bump in the CPU-NB clock should bring them down.
For the record here are my best results on the ECOs (though at a 3000Mhz NB that's only easy to attain on the x6)
