Lower your 24/7 clocks to something reasonable, maybe 3.9-4.0GHZ so you can reduce voltages. 4.3GHZ is nice and all, but really that's just for bragging rights in benchmarks. Save it to a bragging profile in the BIOS, and make a seperate 24/7 profile. You wouldn't redline your car all day while driving it would you?

Which way do you have the fans blowing in the case for the H70? If you make it an intake fan it generally lowers temps. What other fans do you have on the case?
I have a 955be OC'd to 4.1Ghz vcore is 1.45 and my max temp is 50C with a tuniq 120 extreme. I have plenty of air flow though.
