Just wondering, is it ok to switch it on and off while the computer is on?

Good question. Since I'm a firm believer in Murphy's law I wouldn't do it with the computer on. I would shut down and turn off the power just to be safe.

Don't think I'll ever use it.

The only purpose for it that I know of is to give you extra features in AI Suite for OCing in Windows.

Hahaha! Yeah, it seems a bit of a lost cause me asking about this on the overclocking forum. I just got it today, I'm a bit baffled by the bios. It does overclock to 4.3Ghz at the flick of a switch though....

I'm going to have a good read of the numerous threads I see about these types of boards on these forum. Something to really sink my teeth into!
