That's a nice looking keyboard! How is the build quality? Is it sturdy? I might just put in an order for one...

If you're going to try the RII, give this cheap ass knockoff a shot. Also, dealextreme has a craptonne of other clones. You could save a fortune.

Look at that... http://www.dealextreme.com/p/lenovo-...se-2-aaa-35909

Edit: I seem to remember the Rii running >$80 really recently...

+1 for the IoGear. I use it with my bedroom and living room HTPC's.
I thought it was going to loose the signal by placing the usb sensor in the back of my rigs, but it didnt. I use it up to 10-20ft away and havent lost a signal yet. It feels ok, you just have to get used to the trackball and mouse buttons being on oposite sides, but after a while it feels fine.

I'm never using dealextreme again.. I made two seperate purchases almost a month ago, and one has yet to even say "shipped." It's not worth me saving money on something I feel I might or might not actually get... I have emailed them and gotten no answer. Once it turns the 28th I'm going to call my credit card company...

However if you've had good experiences with them then go for it.. I am just not a happy customer right now.

I have ordered 20+ times from them and always gotten the item. Yes, it takes a while, but that is part of the cheap price.
I even had them send me a free replacement before (a head band LED light, the back cover arrived broken, sent them a pic of it and they sent my new one, about a month later).

I would def classify this keyboard as sturdy. I read many reviews before going with this one. People complained the trackball would get gunk in there and not work so well or that the track ball felt flimsy. However, i have not had one single problem with it and ive had it for almost a year now. The keys feel awesome too btw, they feel like laptop keys.

I agree, it took a few days but once you get the feel for using the keyboard then your good to go. Its just like a big playstation controller.
