So either leave it on auto and lower your vcore in bios or turn it off which means you'll have to probably raise it a bit in bios to deal with the vdroop under load in windows.

i think the H55N is like my H55M and only has one LLC level.
and its not a good LLC,it idles higher and also goes higher under load
depending what you have set.if i set 1.1437v in bios it idles at 1.15v
and goes to 1.16v under load.and if i drop down two more to 1.131v
stays at 1.15v idle but also 1.15v load and at 1.137v its 1.15 idle/1.16v load
thats because the vcore voltage changes in increments of 0.0063v,so you will
find certain times its about right but other voltages its not because of the
different increment that cpuz uses,i think cpuz goes by 0.016v

LLC is designed to compensate for intel's design to account for Vcc overshoot.

So if your enabling it, understand it and monitor it. I think the actual voltages we see depends on the board/cpu combo.

My X58 SLI does the same thing, I set 1.393v in bios, and it idles windows at 1.40, loads at 1.41...

If you know the minimum voltage your cpu will run at stable, then you set the bios with the windows idle voltage in mind...

So if you need 1.35v to run stable, find the setting in bios that gives your 1.35v in cpu-z at idle or load, whichever is lowest.

These fluctuations are perfectly normal. Some boards just seem to do a better job at keeping it at what its set to in bios.
