Honestly though, you're confusing me. You said to disregard the PSU in your sig and posted a bunch of PSUs in your first post, all good units if I recall correctly, but a lot more power than you'll ever need. I gave you a few high-quality, cheaper options. Now you're asking what's wrong with your Raidmax and asking about an OCZ unit that's in a different price range.
So what do you want and what's your budget?
Sorry for the confusion. I just wanted something that would run everything I listed without any complications. Anything under $60 would be nice, but I don't want to get something cheap and end up regretting it, but I'd rather not overpay for something I don't need.

Gotcha
Under $60, you're going to be limited to lower wattage units, or to more expensive units that carry a mail-in rebate to bring the price down to <$60 (such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817207007 -- a good unit by the way).
Like I mentioned, a good 400W unit would be more than enough power for a Phenom II X4 and a Radeon 6850. Just because they're cheap-ish in that wattage range doesn't mean they're low quality, so the only way you would end up regretting it is if you're planning on getting upgrades that would push you beyond the abilities of the PSU, so now's the time to speak up
But if you're going to stick with that setup, then any of the units mentioned earlier would do great. I forgot to mention one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371029
The reason I didn't mention it is because I check its availability on Newegg every day by searching "neo eco" in their search engine, and every day it says they're out of stock. I just found out that if you actually click on the link, it shows a different price and it doesn't say they're out of stock. So if they are available, definitely get the Antec Neo Eco 400C or the 520C. The 400C will do you fine but if you add a second 6850, you'll want the 520C. Maybe you should call Newegg to dispel any confusion as to their availability.

Thanks, I appreciate your advice a lot.

O and just for future reference, why wouldn't my old psu:

the RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V not be a good psu to use?

Actually, the OCZ Fatality 550w is also on the OCN recommended list. I would go for that one in your case.

RaidMax only makes one good PSU and thats the Raidmax RX-1000AE.

Kind of like Cooler Master makes crap PSU's except for the SilentPro series.

Your Raidmax is a low quality unit basically. Probably <80% efficiency, high-ish ripple, a tendency to suffer a premature death, possibly offering little to no protection to the rest of your components when it does end up dying (killing the rest of your computer in the process of its untimely demise). Most Raidmax units are in the same boat except -- as just mentioned -- the RX-1000AE (and its smaller sibling, the RX-850AE).

The Antec TruePower New is a rebranded SeaSonic unit. Its the cheapest and ties with the XFX and SeaSonic's for best quality! Get that one for sure!

And the RX-850AE and RX-1000AE are still bullcrap since they're only 80PLUS standard. The units sent to Ecos Consulting (who run 80PLUS) for testing were high-end Andyson K series units capable of 80PLUS Gold. The units actually sold to customers are mid-range Andyson E series units that are only good for 80PLUS standard, maybe 80PLUS Bronze with some tweaking.
