Seriously? This is the reason you think all Dish Network is "rubbish"? I've had Dish network installed at my house for years, took a couple of hours to install, wonderful customer service, and the only time it has gone out is because a tree fell down on it during an ice storm. They were the first to introduce 1080p streaming video, will price match almost anything direct tv has.... and now can compete with Direct TV's netflix type program called Direct TV Cinema.
All in all I think this was a great move for Dish Network and I'm glad to see them back in the race again.
