Last assessment of my system.

Hey.

Sorry for posting my third thread. But now I think I have found all the things I want to buy! :=)

List of things (Sorry for the danish site..):

- http://www.coolerkit.dk/feser_tube__...A5-p-1463.html x2

- http://www.coolerkit.dk/silverstone_...mm-p-1522.html x2 (Blue to match the rest of my system)

- http://www.coolerkit.dk/d_tek_super_...ml-p-1443.html + http://www.matas.dk/hus+have/rengoer...productid=3572 <---- I'm really not sure if this kind of water is good to use? It's Demineralized water.

- http://www.coolerkit.dk/push_on___g%...lv-p-1440.html <--- x6 instead of the 6x clamps and fittings that is coming with the kit. Will they match the other tubing I buy?

- http://www.coolerkit.dk/arctic_silve...2_g-p-939.html <---- Is this some quality thermal paste?

What do you think of it? Anything I need more or ?

I would avoid the Air Penetrators, they do not work well on radiators compared to other fans. Are you fixed on getting blue fans or is this optional? If you don't mind black and grey ones you can get Scythe GT 1850's which are amazing from a noise / performance perspective, or just use the ones included.

The water is fine, but for the coolant I would go for an biocide type thing, I think this will do the trick but I'm not sure. It says it is a corrosion blocker (for use if you were mixing alu and copper in your loop) but also stops algae.

They will match as both the tubing and fittings are 10*13mm (3/8" x 1/2").

Not the best in the world, but AS5 is still good. You don't need the 12g tube though unless you plan to do lots of re-mounts, the 3.5g is plenty to mount your block at least 5 times. You could also get some MX-3 for a bit more than the 3.5g AS5, this would give you 1-2C better temps.

You say "good start" is there something simliar in price I can get, that is better? I am able to get EK stuff from germany. I just read a lot of good things about the RX kit.

If the air penetrators really aint that good, I will go for the cheaper ones. The Scytche 1850 as you say. Or I might start with the standard ones and then upgrade to those in the future.

Hm the one I linked too, also stops both corrosion and algae? I guess they're about the same, but I'm not sure either.

What about the MX-4? it is cheaper and 4g, than the MX-3

It is a very good kit, certainly the best priced kit I have seen with some great components. The "good start" didn't mean it was a bad thing at all, it was just a good item to start the list with. Sorry for any confusion.

The Scythe GTs are quite expensive, but very good.

Yes, me neither. I just read a different site on the D-Tek stuff you linked and it didn't mention anti-algae at all. Your call!

I didn't even see the MX-4! It is supposed to be easier to spread than MX-3 whilst giving the same (or very similar) thermal performance. That will be better.
