760g is fine to watch videos with as long as you install some codecs and not rely on the ones that come with windows and amd drivers as they don't pay all the license they need.

CCCP with reclock should work nicely even with built in media player or find where you can download CoreAVC and use that. Even if this somehow is not enough, an x2 250 clocked at 3ghz is enough to play 720p and more on it's own just fine.
