Big Typhoon VX + Antec 900 = FAIL

Thread Starter
I'm giving advice and i would like to receive some...
yesterday i reseated the cooler so i would change the thermal paste, so i took off the cooler, cleaned the old tim on both cooler and cpu, and then put it back to its place, (couldnt put one of the cooler screws) . i booted the pc and it all ran well but i noticed a high increase in temp (no need to tell why). i obviously deduced out of my stupidity that the last cooler screw was the problem.

here comes the other problem, i cant screw the last one because there is no space for my hands. do you recommend me to unmount the mobo and seat properly the cooler, or can i do it from the case? (someone who has it should give me a recommendation) Is there a way to unmount the top part of the case or the big fan ? because the other one which is by the back of the case it cannot be unmounted.

thanks for reading and forgive me for this stupid situation.

Ugh had the same problem with my build, CM 430 Elite & CM Hyper 212 Plus. Luckily I found the problem before i booted it up and was still lying on the table.

I had to remove the whole Motherboard, lay it down nicely on the plastic that came with the mobo and screw it tight from there.

According to the question about removing the Fan, I have no clue. Though, by the looks of it. You should be able to remove the fan, but the giant heatsink is probably going to be in the way.
