This keeps popping up.

Idk what it is or why it keeps coming up, but it's annoying.

If the spoolsv.exe seems to be causing problems on your computer, you simply have a slow computer perhaps. It is NOT a virus, it is installed with Windows and is required for printing. Try defragmenting your hardrives before accusing Windows system process of being viruses.

How much ram you using right now? I notice it's a ddr2 800mhz? How much gigs?

Computer is not slow. It's dual channel 2x2GB. I didn't even think it was a virus(nor did I ever even imply it in the first post) in the first place. I really don't care, I just want it to go away.

There is a possibility it is a virus. or a problem with your printer/ program processes. I would run a full virus and malware scan first, before troubleshooting further.

I do every night and did this morning. It's not a virus or any malware.

Here is something you can try. Stop the spooler service, then Open C:\\windows\\System32\\Spool\\Printers and delete (or backup and move) all the SPL and SHD files. Then open the TMP folder and delete anything old and unused. Then restart the spooler sevice.

That folder is completely empty. Not a single file in there to delete.
