They did after all found a good perserved Mammoth long ago i remember seeing that on the discovery channel.
Antarctica didn't have an ice sheet till long (45 million years) after the dinosaurs were extinct.
Also, preserving meat for 10,000-15,000 years is a far cry from preserving it for 65,000,000+ years.

There is almost certainly a way to make it artificially.
Also sitting around for that length of time doesn't do much of anything.
