It sounds like you probably switched around the SATA cables when you plugged everything back in... so your computer is looking for the SSD on a different port. Go into your BIOS by pressing DEL at startup and find the setting for BOOT-UP PRIORITY... select your SSD as your primary boot device, save the settings, and then re-boot. Hope that helps.

Also if there is a hard drive order in your bios set your boot drive at the top.Make sure the power connector is on all the way too.

You may also be making an elementary mistake, such as leaving a USB device, ie. memory stick in, try removing and resetting.

Power cables should not make a difference, so long as the one that is powering your SSD is working properly. Try connecting a different power cord to it and see if that works; use one that you are sure is working (ie. from a device that IS being properly detected in the BIOS). Also, make sure that nothing is grounding out your SSD (I don't even know if this is possible, but that is the only other thing I can think of besides your SSD being dead from static shock or something).

You should also edit the top post and fix the subject line. Right now all it says is: "Need help immediately please". A LOT of people skip threads with such titles.

Did you connect the SSD with the connections from the HDD so that you know that they are working? Because you said the HDD is being recognized right? If that doesn't work then something is wrong with your SSD, there is no other way around it. You have removed your CMOS battery while disconnecting the PSU correct?
