So it complains about not finding a physical drive, but then finds a physical drive and boots as it normally would?

Disable the Marvell controller if you don't have drives hooked up to it.

I wouldn't worry about it, these bios' are still young and it is probably just an immature bios, probably mid-teens.

i try every the no mater what port i plug the blu-ray in it say i have 2,
i even flashed to bios 1503 and then 1505.
now i got all my drives in the bottom blue ports.
I dont think it is saying you have 2 drives, What it is saying is that it will first try to boot from your blue ray then your hard drive and then again the blue ray. Those drives are your boot priority. Go into your options and set your ssd as boot priority one. then the blue ray boot priority 2. its in your sata configuration options and you will see it only has one blue ray drive listed as there is only one plugged in. Take your time to go right through the options in the bios to get used to it.

I used to get a message while pc was loading into windows that no hd was detected this is the marvel controller option in bios and as you have nothing plugged into those sata sockets it thinks there's no hd so just turn them off, If this is a b3 stepping board it will not be a bios problem.

I have my ssd and hd plugged into the intel sata 6gb socket and the dvd drive into the intel 3gb socket with marvell controller switched off.
