I'm using a standard 120mm x 25mm case fan. Doing so prevents you from using the eighth expansion slot on the case, so if you need that open, you'll have opt out of the rear fan.
I noticed in your thread you said you are using 3 GTX 580's. How many expansion slots does that take? I will at most use 2 GTX 570's in my build, and in future builds i don't see myself using more than 2 graphics cards, even for PhysX. One of the big reason's I like the Raven 3 besides it being a mid tower is the amount of expandability and cooling potential has. It can fit much more in a smaller package. The Raven 2 seems like wasted space to me. And the USB 3.0 ports are a bonus. Compared to the HAF X(which is way too big for me), the RV2 isn't much smaller is total size. It also takes up more desk/floor space because of its longer depth which in a way makes it bigger than the HAF X. So now i'm starting to look at PSU reviews because it might be worth it to change my PSU and get the RV3.

Edit: The difference in depth between the RV2 and RV3 is 73mm/2.87in. Just to get an idea of how that affects my current setup, the RV3 will be about 2in over my desk(with the case completely straight and the front facing me), while the RV2 is 5in over my desk. That 5in is 20% of the total depth of the case, while the 2in is 9% of the total depth. That means i have to angle the case so that the back or front side will be 15in from the edge of my desk. That's a lot of wasted space(about 150in squared).

Here's a compatibility list.

I will say that I really like the power cable routing in this RV03, despite it being somewhat picky about the PSUs that can fit in it.
I'm really starting to doubt they will change the orientation of the cord, especially after realizing that it would work with the majority of brands.

Three dual slot cards = six slots.

Now what i need to know is, will it be worth it to get the OCZ ZX 850, return my Seasonic X 850, then buy the RV03? The OCZ is not as good as the Seasonic according to reviews, but its price is what makes in competitive. The Seasonic also can pull 1000W which will of course only useful in the long run, but it also uses better capacitors than the OCZ. If your interested in see the other things about them that i didn't mention, click here.

The main thing i can think of right now that will make the biggest impact on my decision is cooling performance. I mentioned this before, but now some people have this case. I will get the RV2 if the RV3 doesn't have the same cooling performance with the optional fans installed. And does anyone have any experience with returning products to NewEgg.com? I know that it will cost me $30 for restocking, and i live in B.C. Canada. If I get the OCZ and return my Seasonic i will end up still paying $200 for a PSU since the OCZ is $160 at the time of typing this. I bought my Seasonic March 21, so i dont have much more time to return.

It is hard to imagine that Silverstone would release a new model case with worse cooling performance.

I'm thinking about my next case and pretty much settled on RV03(considered FT02, RV02, 600T, FT03) just because is new (USB 3.0), HDD/SSD on the back means less cable up front and smaller(depth wise) means i don't need a new desk, and you can install 6 additional fans if you want, hope that helps.

But the RV02 allows you much greater flexibility with PSUs, that is certain.

Those cases you are looking at seem nice too.

I won't act like I know much about them, never owned that brand or really heard of them.
Maybe I am out of the loop?

I have owned Lian Li and their build quality and craftsmanship/attention to detail is second to none.

I have this case Airflow is GREAT. Cable management is also good. Only thing is that I don't like how certain parts of the case looks. But overall it isn't too bad.

I have new fans for the front coming, just like someone mentioned on an earlier post.

I got a different PSU. I started a thread about my build using the RV03 at the OP's suggestion. It is on this same sub-forum.
