Suggest replacment P&S

Currently I have a Canon SD1100, bought it almost three years ago. Some time ago I almost pulled the trigger on a just released Canon S95, since it looked downright amazing. I do not want a DSLR, because, well I can barely remember to bring my Canon SD1100, let alone a huge camera just begging to be dropped.

So, what do you suggest? I have budgeted around $400 for a great camera.

Pluses: SDXC support, RAW support, etc etc etc
Neutral: MPs, capacitive touchscreen
Negatives: Noisier/crappier pictures than Canon SD1100, resistive touchscreen

$400? Hands down, this.

The best compact point and shoot, in my opinion. Larger sensor than most other point and shoots (but still nowhere near DSLR/m43 sizes), good ISO performance, shoots in Canon .CR2 RAW, SDXC support. Fits pretty much all your requirements

It's like you read my mind, yes? I love Canons, just wanted a second opinion on my choice. Anywhere I can check images taken with this beast to compare to my own pictures?

Here you go. I just put in the SD1100 as filler, but on the main page you can type in any camera model to compare settings.

As for images, there's an entire Flickr group you can check out.

Oh man, I've been eyeing this camera since months ago. I missed the $299 deal on Newegg during Black Friday

You're not the only one who cried about that...

I still remember, I fell asleep 30 minutes before the deal started! When I woke up, it's gone.

Given Canon's naming schemes, I don't think anyone can fault you for that.
