Supermicro Round SATA Cables

Thread Starter
I've found some Round SATA cables on ebay by Supermicro in a pack of 4, and can't really tell if they are straight to right angle (which is what I need) or right angle on both ends. The description is vague, so just asking if anyone has used Supermicro round SATA cables and if they're worthwhile.

Here's the auction page to check them out, thanks,

Well, I recommend ordering from MonoPrice.com instead. You'll spend a little less money, and you'll have no confusion about what you're actually getting:

Plus, their cables are really good.

I recommend asking the guy selling the stuff, usually you get replies from them within 1hr-1day.

Yeah I was looking at Monoprice earlier, but for cables that are straight to right angle, with locking latch, with shipping it comes to twice as much as the ones on ebay ($4.50 for 4 incl. ship). Still, you raise a good point about buying from a known good source. Peace of mind doesn't always come free.

I have a question in to the seller already, just thought someone here might have seen these before.

Yeah well from the picture, even though he says they are all cornered, the picture contains a couple that are flat connectors, and a few that are cornered.

I know, it's very odd, and I had to hunt to find those 2 pix I attached. The ones in the listing are pretty bad. :-)
