I said with AXPs (aftermarket air coolers). One of the non-reference 480s actually just has an AXP slapped on it. With an AXP (still air cooling), a 480 can easily OC to trade blows with a 580. On water, the only thing beating a 480 is a 580 on water.
Also basically what you're saying is that 470 is a better buy than 570. Good to know. So not only AMD who's failing I guess.
