So a friend just bought me Bulletstorm...

And four hours in I'm not really quite sure what to make of it. I like the nonsensical destruction and I love the voice actors but it feels like its...missing something. Maybe its trying too hard?

(Or maybe its GFWL)

The game isn't anything special. It's fun for a few hours, but after that it just gets really really repetitive. It has a nice story, but that's really it.

Also, the sniper rifle is really over powered. You can just sit at the back of whatever firefight is taking place and steer bullets into enemies heads.

Missing something? Like saying dick more times? Cuz if you just wait, they'll say it a lot more.

Also, I rather enjoyed the game, but I started playing it with the intent that it was an absolute farce and a parody on modern FPS. Then it was good.

To be quite honest I actually don't like the sniper rifle at all. My main beef with it is that there's not a freefire mode. I'm a good marksman and there are sometimes where I'm just on-target and I'd rather not give the dudes chance to dodge.
