Can we have some more details, like is this stand-alone Physx or apart of a driver set, and did you download the right one (correct operating system etc.)?
Yup, Nvidia beta driver and the physx standalone driver won't do the job.

This works for appearing reason when the nvidia driver failed to install physx leaving a folder behind. Thx.
Though I got a msg missing folder called(big numbers), which I though wth I just used driversweeper and a norton registration cleaner. Enter Ok button seems to be continue install. Phew.Edited by ChocoboLIVE - 4/8/11 at 2:17am
