heres my current pics of how she be, and wermad, nice, i might be able to go that low on 4.0 im not sure, i just had it at like 1.425 in bios at 4.0

i just realized your running ddr-2 and your on a 790 series mb. have you tried updating your bios to the latest version?

yep bios is the latest version, if it was not i could not run a phenom II, bios update is what adds support for the phenom 2's

it might be your board holding you back then. i know when i went from my 790fx board to this 870 board i was able to get the same oc with less voltage on the cpu, nb, sb, and cpu-nb

ha ha nice nice, well i dont think ill manage the cpu up past 4.2 in a safe manner, as it was i was warned that this mobo it will be a bit hard on it, so 4.2 is pretty good, thats 1 whole ghz past its stock, so thats pretty good

I have been able to get 4.2Ghz @ 1.43v. Gonna wait to go full water to push it more. thats a nice effort you have there well done.

i found go more of course, but i think i would be heading into the 1.6V+, i heard guys say that its relatively easy to hit 4.0, then 4.2 it takes some more voltage, then 4.4 takes a fair bit more voltage, stuff like that,
