I stopped using ATI/Radeon many years ago because they always blew up, had major artifacts, sparked, smoked, shorted, etc etc etc. just never had good luck with them. i've been a dedicated nVidia customer for about 9 years now and have never had a problem with any of their products biggrin.gif However I have heard a few stories about the 590's dying fast, as well as XFX cards crapping out fast (all because XFX didn't use proper cooling tho, not nVidia's fault).

I think it is time for you to come out of the rock. Look at the products for their merit - not because many years ago you had a problem.

I am not going to say nVIDIA is piece of crap - because I had good luck with them the last 5 years or so I have been into PC gaming. I switched over to AMD about 3 - 4 months back and having good luck with them as well. So, to all the driver problem, artifact, and what not, look no further than your bathroom mirror.

590 is dual gpu and yes it has nVidia surround, I would go with the 6970s or a 6990 for 3 monitor though since they have more ram and are just faster. You have a 1200w psu, that will be more than enough for your entire rig.

This.
