Fan Controller with LED Control for Lancool k62? Hyper with Zalman? Help Please =)

HI OCN!

Well, I ordered most/all my parts for the my first computer build. So far, my build consist of:
PU: i5 -2500k
Mobo: Asus P8p67 PRO
GPU: HIS 6950 2gb
Hard drive: Samsung 1TB F3
Ram: 8GB G.Skill 1600 DDR3
PSU: Antec TP-750
Case: Lian Li's K62
Optic (CD/DVD/Blu-ray): DVD/CD Combo (Asus)
Cooling: Cooler Master 212+

Half of my parts are going to arrive in the next few days so I felt like I should prepare for everything.
So my questions are:
Is there a fan controller (for 4 case fans? k62 fans) that could also control the LED lighting? Could it be a touch screen? I saw a youtube vid of some guy controlling the LEDs in his K62 with a fan controller but I forgot what kind it was and I can't seem to find the video.
Secondly, I ordered a Zalman ZM-F3 120mm fan along with my Hyper 212+ CPU cooler. Would it be possible to use it on the hyper 212+ for push and pull? I don't really know what to look for in the fans. I want to use the stock and the Zalman.
Could I position the Hyper up and down and try to pull air from my GPU or should I leave it pointing the back? Because the k62 has top exhaust fans and I might unlock and OC my 6950. (might? probably will haha)
What is a RC56 in-line resistor? Apparently its suppose to lower the speed? But how?

Thanks for all you help OCN members. It's been a "blast" learning a whole bunch of things.

Here are the specs for the fan and cooler:

I have a PC-k62 (5 fans - 1 x 140 on 3 drive bays) and use a Scythe Kaze Master Pro (KM03). I've also used a Zalman before and both of them dim the LEDs when the voltage is decreased.

Not sure if you actually want to kill off the lighting while keeping the fans on - this will require some modding.

The Hyper 212+ has a PWM fan AFAIK - this can be done via mobo instead.

Oh and the Kaze Master Pro (Km03) does not have LEDs but it does have a blue VFD screen.

So, there aren't any controllers that could control LED lighting? Cause, I might want the fans running except without the lights to SLEEP.

Whats the difference between that fan and the Zalman one I listed?

Thanks subnet.

So, I just set up the whole k62 with everything except I stuck the stock cooler onto the CPU and I'm getting 62c on idle. Now I have to pick up my cooler, except, should I just stick on the Hyper 212 without the Zalman?

Also, what would be a good Fan Controller for the computer? It's really loud
