For that price I'd just get a new one from the egg.

I used 2 of these on recent builds and both owners are really happy with the cooling and low noise especially.

$18 is good. just make sure has all the needed parts (mainboard screws, mounting bracket). If it comes with the stock fan, that's cool too.

Mine runs in a good airflow case, keeping my 965BE under 50°C under heavy oc and overvolt. For 18$ it's pretty worth the money.
