That would be quite an upgrade for you but out of the 3 motherboards you have listed I'd stay away from the H67. The H67 chipset has integrated graphics and limited options for overclocking your CPU. The P8P67 or the p67 Sabertooth from Asus are fantastic boards and are at a very good price.

I should have mention that OCing is not a big deal to me. I had my current system for a while and haven't OCed it once. The option is nice but it is not a requirement

Everything up and running. Kinda messed up, didn't realize my HD with my Win 7 & XP on it was an IDE HD until I had everything set in the case already.

Thankfully my other drive was sata ( used as my gaming/storage drive before ) so had to install win7 on that.

Running good though. Amazed at the temps with the stock HSF. 27-29c while playing WOW maxed settings...
