I'm looking for a card I can plug my front side HD audio into which can run both back and front panel audio simultaneously, not particular price budget, just want something that does the job

I believe any Asus Xonar card has it.

My Xonar DX has one.

That, I'm not sure. I will test it when I get back.

EDIT: I think you can only select one panel at a time only. I remember having to switch whether to use the front or rear panel on the Xonar control panel.
Easiest way would be to use a splitter, or buy a cheap amp that has several jacks.

What are you trying to do that would require you to use both the front and back connection simultaneously? If you don't mind me asking that is.

Well are you using the in-game chat features for whatever game you're playing or are you using vent/teamspeak/dolby? If you're using 3rd party voice communication software then you can just go pick up a USB headset (which will appear in windows as a seperate audio device) and tell vent/teamspeak/dolby to use the USB headset drivers as the default audio device. This way the speakers you have plugged into your onboard sound will only transmit the audio from the game you're playing while the USB headset is only being used on the voice comm software.

Kind of a thread hijack there but if you post the model of that sound card I'm sure we'd be able to find drivers somewhere. Also note that Windows Vista drivers are mostly compatible with windows 7 so go see if you can find a Vista driver for that sound card.
