Memory/NB/HTT concern

Hello guys,

I've recently bought the MSI 870-G54 for my PhenomII x3 720 c2 and Ripjaw 1600 MHz (7-8-7-24).

Now, I've tried almost every combination but I cannot get the values safe.

FSB:240; CPU/Mem:1:33, NB:2160 HTT:2160 : crash during Prime or Windows
FSB:200 CPU/Mem:1:4 NB: 2000/2200/2400 HTT:2000 : Crash during Windows loading

And some more minor combations.

I cannot get the CPU-NB over 2160 and the memory to 1600. And I've increased all the necessary voltages.
Do you think this is normal for a c2 Phenom, or there is something wrong with the board?

I may change the board till tomorrow but there isn't really any good other options (I have to go for either MSI or ASUS, as I want the Bulldozer-capability chance and there isn't any AM3+ socket boards sold in my country yet).

Thanks in advance!
