caps for celly clocking too those stock ones wont hold once frozen, pushing 2v vcore

*pretty sure Patch added caps on the back of the PCB for his commando OC'ing adventures.

tested, yes. it wasn't responding to well at the time i tried it. that day i was running low on dice so i swapped out and put in a P4 and got 6GHz.
gonna retest it soon though on LN2.
