Since you'd be folding, one can reasonably assume that you'd be roughly doubling that for a total of 736W. If you'll be using your CPU to help with the folding, I'd go with a 950-1000W unit personally, but the HCG-900 should be able to handle it.
Either way, rather than the Antec HCG-900, I might recommend the Corsair TX950. Also a good, proven unit, more wattage, less dollars out of your pocket.
Edit: a GTX 480 + GTX 460 2Win combination would consume less power but may not fold as fast.
While I wouldnt mind a 1k watt psu, the problem becomes, space. This will all be done in a mATX Vulcan and currently the pump sits between the psu and 120 rad, I have an idea of where it can be re routed, which would then sit above the 120 rad and 5.25 bay, just gotta make the necessary measurements.
As GPU's become more and more power hungry, I would likely need to make another upgrade down the road, so 1k corsair or maybe the 1.2k Antec.
Another thing is I will be OCing the w3520 I have up to 4.2+ Ghz, I know it has potential of at least 4.5, but that will also suck up more juice.
Oh and I would assum the lightning 480 would take more power since its a 2-8pin and 1-6pin power requirement
