3.7Ghz Max Ocing?

Thread Starter
Hello guys,
Well I have been trying to OC my 1055t for the past months.. But It seems like 3.7Ghz its the max I can get of it. I can't even get 3.8 stable on 1.5volts.. which is a LOT! I use 1.425 for 3.7Ghz... I got 3.9 one time, Only one time and the CMOS restarted as I wanted to hit 4Ghz and I got a crash during the process and well.. BYE BYE 3.9Ghz. It seems VERY HARD to get over 3.7 for me -.-

Could someone help me out?

Atm settings:
CPU Freq: 265 x 14.0 (3.710Ghz)
Ram: 1413 Mhz
CPU v: 1.425
Cpu/NB v:1.35
DRAM V: 1.545

Any help..?

Thanks!

Ya I had the same thing. Still have. I BSODed logging in .

3.7 ghz is fine though. The voltage jump from 3.7 to 4.0 is not work the performance. 3.6-3.7 is the sweet spot for performance/power consumption/heat. Unless you want the 4.0 ghz for bragging rights .

Set all the voltages other then CPU on auto and only change the CPU voltage, the base clock and the memory clock. Much easier to do.

My cpu also has a stock clock of 2.8 GHZ. I am maxed out at 3640 MHZ, I tried 3710 MHZ up to 1.45v and it still wasn't stable. At that point I decided that adding more voltage to try to get stability wasn't worth it to me right now.

3.6+ GHZ seems to be plenty fast with current programs

I would like to get higher of course but you should be happy with that overclock.
