Trading down from an 800D - suggestions - Page 5

People see my 800 and go 'Thats your pc? Mother of god...it's so big'

Yes, that's what she said. >_>

Actually, the 650D and 600T are great cases for air. (650 looks a littlw more elegant than the 600) Yeah, the 800 is big, but there are cases that dwarf it.

Yup. Fractal Design. I suggest the R3, as was previously mentioned, or you can wait a month or so and get the Arc Midi, which does not have the front door, so better airflow for a bit more noise. http://www.fractal-design.com/?view=product&prod=57

Other good options are Cooler Master's lineup. The Storm Scout, 690 II, HAF 912/922, and Storm Sniper are all good options.

Also take a look at Lian Li cases. The Lancool series is feature rich and well priced, and Lian Li's aluminum cases are renowned for their quality.

So I have really looked a lots of cases and I wish the 650D was a bit smaller, I just don't think that 4 inches off the top and back will reall make it appear that much smaller.

I think I will just have to see one in person, which may be tough in NYC.

I have to agree. If you want a smaller case Go with the R3, great cable management, great cooling, quiet, AND a nice bit of colors to choose from.
I personally like full size towers I got the titanium gray XL.

I am thinking about going with the R3 now but I'm wondering if my bottom card will smushed up against my PSU. I'm going to start searching for multi-gpu rig pics and then hopefully pull the trigger.

Well pulled the trigger, got a Titanium Grey R3 and snagged a new Seasonic psu from this thread here.
