Intel Core i3-370 @ 2.4GHz, 3MB cache
ATI Mobility HD 5650 1GB
13.3" LED

This is the fastest you're gonna be able to get for the price. It comes with a Core i5 480M @2.66GHz, GeForce GT 540M, 500GB HDD, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It weighs a reasonable 5.7 pounds, is 1.2" thick overall, and is made of matte plastic. Battery life with web browsing should be around 3:30, but that's to be expected with a machine this fast. The ones that have higher battery life for that price will have a slower CPU and GPU. The reviews seem to be great, though.
