DENON DHT-1311XP or SONY HT-AS5?

I love high-quality audio.
I dream of having some Mark Levinson gear in my setup but that will never come true due to financial reasons.

I am on a budget and would like to get a decent 5.1 home theater system. After some research, I've narrowed my options down to the 2 systems I mentioned in the title... which one do you think is best?

Thank you for your opinions.

I have never been very impressed with Mark Levinson products. If you are ever going to that caliber of audio, you MUST look into your other options. Harbeth, Wilson, Sonus Faber, Bowers & Wilkins. Those are just a few that for any price, I find are far beyond anything Mark Levinson offers for speakers.

Thanks for the input... although I don't think I'll EVER be able to offer a high-end audio system, your advice is helpful.
For now I'm going to settle with some lame-ish 5.1 surround system.

I see...
Well, the Denon was not available anymore and I ended up buying an Onkyo system too! It's the HT-R358!
