If the Xigmatek 200 will fit both the side and top with a little modding?

Just got mine last night. It fight on the top, but oddly. It liked popped into black and I couldnt get any screws in it because the holes dont line up, but it wedged in firmly and evenly, so it's flush against the top. Kinda wonky but it works out just fine. As for the side panel, it depends on the clearance of your CPU cooler. I've read that it should clear a 212 just fine
