So I got the adapter and setup eyefinity perfectly fine. Played black ops and it looked streatched, so I fixed with widescreen fixer. Now It seems there is a fish bowl effect. So here are my questions Yes im a noob get over it.

1. What FOV in games like COD should I aim for?

2. What angle should my side monitors be at to get perfect fov effect.

3. How do I keep windows from spanning across the whole thing dont understand hydra.

4. 5880x1080 is 16:9 or 16:10?

Thanks for any help please keep respectfull I know Im noobing it up right now

2. I have mine all facing me. Idk if thats a good thing or not, never really played around with monitor placement. Seems to work out good though.

3. What questions do you have about hydra? I just created boxes, and left click the windows to attach to the grid.

because the side monitors are in your peripheral vision. they are not meant to be the center of attention.
to compensate for the stretched images on the left and right monitors, they should be at 30 degrees to the center one (the stretch is suppose to make it look more like ur peripherals but it really doesnt lol)

ya a minor draw back from an amazing veiw.lol What about FOV recomendations for COD black ops or BFBC2? Black ops does not adjust by numbers it has some dumb bars going from left to right

I play Battlefield at 78, I feel like to my PERSONALLY its the best viewing angle for the position that I'm in. I sit about 3-5 feet away from my three monitors. Never played black ops so I can't comment but I'll post a calculator.

http://www.rjdown.co.uk/projects/bfb...calculator.php

1. My guess 60-80, but that depends all on the setup and distance you are from your Monitors.
2. I have my Monitors looking dead at my no tilt, but my peripherals have just a bit of swivel toward me for easy a view.
3. You figured it out.
4. 16:9 still, 16:10 would be 1200P and it might be 1600P as well if I'm not mistaken.

Gotta love the widescreen advantage. When in a tank I get two extra windows to see people trying to plant c4 on me. I cant tell you how many people I caught doing that already.

What FoV did you decide to settle on? Glad liking the Eyefinity setup I've had mine for a good month and a half now, and it feels like I'm having to get use to playing games ALL over again, like I'm brand new in some way.
