Try hwinfo32 - I find that is shows me the accurate voltages as opposed to cpu-z.....

Well, I downloaded the HWINFO32 program and used that while running LinX. Here is how they compare...

HwInfo32
Idle (16x) - 1.246v
Load (46x) - 1.371v

CpuZ
Idle (16x) - 1.344v
Load (46x) 1.264

It's set at 46x and 1.350v in the Bios.

So which one am I supposed to trust? Haha.
