As I also noted in your other thread, you're probably screwed. However, depending on exactly what you did (which I'm still not sure of) to damage your filesystem, you may have luck with extundelete (which I just learned of minutes ago).
ya I think that the Fedora installer formated my dirve
I'm about 99% sure of it
I'll give that extundelete app a try
hope it works in a live cd setup
