2600k voltage wont go down on idle??

I had my 2600k oc'ed to 4.8ghz at 1.375v... but arent my voltage suppose to go down on idle?? My voltage will go down during idle when it's on stock speed, but just dont know why it stays at around 1.375v even during idle at 1.6ghz...

any help will be appreciated... thanks

Did you accidentally disable any throttling?

Switch it to Offset, if you do a FIXED Voltage it won't go down.
