Thank you! smile.gif

Well I ran into a wee problem here that slowed me down a bit.
When I realized I put a female connector on the sata cable I thought "No problem I have a molex to sata adapter." Dug it up and doh.gif it was female molex to male sata. So instead of just fixing the sata I made this f/m/m molex cable. lol rolleyes.gif

I wish I'd got a better pic of the bottom of the mobo tray before hand. I had to chisel out a nice inch and a half deep pocket underneath to help make the cables a little bit more managable.
3be280.jpg

You can see that big fat cap under the shrink fits nicely. This extra space was a must. Even with that it'll still be tight in there.

Poorly planned cable management holes are poor. baaasmiley.gif

3be285.jpg

I'm not sure if this is an acceptable gap for these connectors or not. I'd rather get the ek bridge on this guy but I don't think I can afford the space...

Literally.... I've already overstepped my boundry.... My one major oversight... This is why I should have took the time to learn to use sketch up. sad-smiley-002.gif
3be288.jpg

Well then no reason to fuss on about it... I can't exactly lower the motherboard tray. It's already tight enough with all the wiring and lights under it. So I suppose I'll have to router a bit under the tabletop again. It's just about a quarter of an inch over the top so it should be easy enough to get around. I hope.

Until next time space cowboys.

If its not under the glass, are you able to chissel out a bit under the table top so it wil fit? smile.gif

Yeap that's the plan. The wiring for the cards is no big deal as it will flex and lay underneath the glass with the top closed. The blocks and fittings are another story. I'll router out the gap and then have to make a piece that will mount to the top of the rear panel to fill that gap when the tabletop slides shut.

Yet another reason full coverage blocks fail smile.gif
