Review Of A Few Of The Latest Nvidia Drivers (incl* Xtreme-G) - Page 20

New driver avialable (280.19 beta) grab it here

There are mixed opinon's about the driver, however we shall wait until a WHQL version comes out, many are still reporting issues with current games such as BFBC2. Hopefully the WHQL version comes with a few bug fixes, for now I still recommend using 266.58 if your running more than one card, and either the 270.51/270.61 for those that are running one card, if you require SLI profiles for games, HERE is a way to add them, it can be applied to any game.

Just remember just because you get increases in benchmarks etc doesn't mean that gameplay will be better, perfect example is the 275.33 and 275.50 drivers. I found the 275.33 excellent for benching ie. 3dmark, heaven etc. however experienced many general problems and a couple issues in games. Refer to the actual driver review for info.

Hope that helps

I've noticed a glitch with the new drivers on one part of Crysis 2 (where Alcatraz comes to after being flooded). Everything else seems to work great...

I'll probably give it a week or two and see what people are experiencing with the new driver beofre testing them out. Hopefully by then we'll see a new one with bug fixes.

Very interesting I guess I might have to go ahead and add this to my list then. You think it's worth it?
