He's just saying to stay away from that area because there's going to be way more traffic than usual!

Anyway, now that we got the system powering up again, it's time to move forward and fix this Windows 7 issue.

Ah it was all in this thread:http://www.overclock.net/amd-general...s-upgrade.html

and I want to pull my hair out now since the pc wont start up.

And no it doesn't do anything but gives me the repair ( which wont do anything and sends me back to the main screen )
Maybe I do this BIOS thing again....

I'm not up to the challenge of going through that thread right now.

So if you let it attempt to do a repair, then what's the "main screen" you're talking about that you see afterward? Are you saying that it seems to finish repairing, reboots, and then you're right back where you started with it saying that it needs to repair itself?

Oh, then it's fine. Remember, something like 50°C (a relatively common GPU temp) is 122°F. So even something that feels very hot might be no big deal to the card itself.

As a reference, roughly 100-105°F is the temp used in a hot tub (usually 104°F max).

Oh awesome then. The fans run great, quiet and smooth. I just ran the bios again and its does the same as before ' repair windows', once I try to do this ( doing it now again ) it tells me startup repair can not repair this computer.

I should have said before that if the BIOS were the culprit, then you might not even get that far.

When did all of this start? Or, what seems to have caused it?

I had major issues going back to jan this year. Why... I dont know but all of a sudden I had an error as in "Unleashing mode disabled" and my motherboard doesn't support Unleashing, however I have an Unleashing thing in my Bios. I disabled it, it went ok for a little while and then issues started again, specially after the w7 service pack update.
When I logged into some of my games... my PC didn't overheat but it I had nonstop blue screens and black screens as well and my PC didn't start. So I was told I should remove the battery to reset this cmos? and it would work a little for reg things such as email facebook etc... then it gave me errors blue screens again.
Tech service from Cybertech suggested to update the bios, so I did, then this all pretty much stopped my pc from loading windows. ( I did reinstall w7 prior to that as well ) but the issues weren't fixed and I get the same same screen as written in previous msg.
I just don't know what else to do....
